We supply teams of native speakers and domain specialists to AI data companies. This site is for business inquiries from vendor and partner companies. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
- Emails you send us. This includes your message, your name, your email address, your company and anything else you choose to include.
- Analytics data, only if you consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser type, and cookie identifiers. If you do not consent, analytics does not run.
- Your cookie choice. Our consent tool, CookieYes, stores your choice in a cookie and may keep a record of it so we can show we respected it.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider handles requests to the site, so it processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver pages.
The site has no accounts, no sign up forms and no payment features. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To reply to your emails and manage a business relationship with you or your company. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, and taking steps you ask for before a contract.
- To understand how the site is used. Our legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with Cookie settings.
- To record your cookie choice. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests in respecting and showing your choice.
Who receives your data
- Members of our team who handle business inquiries.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Google acts as a service provider (processor) for us, and only receives analytics data if you consent.
- CookieYes, which provides our consent tool.
- Our hosting provider and our email provider.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for cross context behavioral advertising.
International transfers
Our company has a location in the United States, our team is based in Ethiopia, and Google may process analytics data in the United States and other countries. This means your data can leave the country where you live. Where the law requires safeguards for these transfers, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses where they are available.
How long we keep data
- Emails: as long as needed for your inquiry or our business relationship, then deleted or archived when no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
- Analytics data: we set Google Analytics to the shortest retention period it offers.

If you live in California or Virginia, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data and of targeted advertising. We do none of these, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision by email.

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
